IT Sales Executive

TierPM, a leading audio visual staffing and IT solutions firm, is seeking to hire an experienced Sales Executive to join our growing team.
The ideal " hunter" Sales Executive will have experience selling technical staffing, SOW / project based solutions, IT managed services and application development services to small, medium and large businesses nationwide.
**Note: This is a home office based position. Can live anywhere within 30 miles of Fort Lauderdale, FL.**
Skills and Experience:
- Prior experience in technical staffing, services, solutions sales.
- A strong networker and hunter with creativity and closing skills.
- Self-motivated with high levels of positive energy, business ethics, drive, persistence and initiative.
- Proficient at finding and developing long term relationships that grow year over year.
- Able to communicate and develop a positive rapport with hiring managers and HR
- Team player that understands the difference between being aggressive and being abrasive.
- Travel as required to customer sites.
- 5+ recent years in a professional services/staffing environment in the role of sales.
- Must have experience selling both staffing and SOW based solutions.
- At least 2 years of prior success in a sales/business development role in the staffing industry
- Audio visual industry experience is a nice to have but not required.
- Experience in a technical industry such as staffing, Information Technology, Application Development, Project Management, Audio Visual and/or Engineering.
- Excel in a collaborative environment and be comfortable with a favorable compensation plan with uncapped income.
- Four Year College Degree
- Technical, Staffing and/or Project Management Certifications is a nice to have.
