A growing Pro-AV audio visual integration firm is seeking an audio visual outside sales Account Executive in the Fort Wayne, IN metro area.
The ideal sales executive will be a true " hunter" and have at least 3 to 5 years of experience in the Audio Visual Pro AV industry and come with industry contacts.

- Aggressively research, identify and pursue new business in Audio Visual and Pro AV Market.
- Schedule, organize and deliver Demonstrations of Product and Services.
- Help to develop and execute both short and long term Sales Strategies designed to aid in optimal growth for the company.
- Must meet or exceed established Sales Performance Goals at, or above target profit levels.
- Participate in tradeshows, networks and groups within the Pro AV market.
- Maintain consistent contact with customers and manages interactions through CRM Software.
- Participate in Market Strategy by providing feedback relevant to Sales.
- Work alongside Project Management Team to ensure smooth transition from Sale to Installation.
- Prepare and present concise, and professional proposals addressing all of the customers’ needs.
- Travel as required to fullfill responsibilities.
- Three to Five Years of Sales Experience with emphasis in displays, video or other similar technology.
- Technical Background strongly preferred in Pro-AV and Audio Visual Industry.
- Effective communication and interaction with employees, clients and colleagues.
- Demonstrate time management skills with attention to detail.
- Strong Work Ethic with Ability to Function with Minimal Supervision.
- Must be team oriented and dedicated to meeting Goals and Expectations.
- Proven history in developing and maintaining strong customer relationships.
- Knowledge of industry products and sales tactics.
- College Degree highly desired for this role
